How long do perfume oils last?

Longevity varies depending on the fragrance, your skin chemistry, application, and environment. Because our perfume oils are concentrated, they’re designed to offer a beautiful, lingering scent experience without the alcohol found in traditional perfumes.

Why does a fragrance smell different on me?

That’s part of the magic of fragrance! Your skin chemistry can influence how individual notes develop, so the same perfume oil may smell slightly different from person to person.

Are your fragrances alcohol-free?

Yes! Our perfume oils are alcohol-free.

Are your fragrances for women or men?

Many of our fragrances are beautifully unisex, while some naturally lean more feminine or masculine based on their scent profile. Check each product description for fragrance notes and recommendations.

What if I’m not sure which fragrance to choose?

We recommend starting with our samples or discovery sets. They allow you to explore different scents on your own skin before choosing a full-size fragrance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because perfume oils are personal-use items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the fragrance notes and product descriptions carefully or try a sample before purchasing a full-size bottle.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping rates for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We carefully pack every order, but if something goes wrong along the way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

How should I store my perfume oils?

Keep your perfume oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Proper storage helps preserve the fragrance and its quality over time.

Can the color of my perfume oil vary?

Yes. Natural variations in color may occur depending on the fragrance ingredients and batch. This does not necessarily indicate a difference in quality or performance.
