Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your fragrance from us to you.

Enjoy FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to its destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Fragrance is personal—and so are the little bottles that carry it. ♡

For hygiene and product integrity, perfume oils are considered personal-use items and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. We recommend reviewing fragrance notes and product descriptions carefully before making your selection.

Not sure which scent is calling your name? Our samples and discovery sets are a wonderful way to explore different fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all orders are packed with care, we know little mishaps can happen along the way. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
