  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Amuze Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
